本規約は、カクレラボ(以下「運営者」)が提供するオンライン対戦ゲーム「Wind & Tanks」(以下「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本サービスは年齢制限を設けず、どなたでもご利用いただけます。未成年の方は、内容をご理解のうえ、保護者の指導のもとでのご利用を推奨します。
2. 本サービスは、欧州経済領域(EEA)およびイギリスにお住まいの方には提供しておりません。運営者は個人による小規模な運営であり、これらの地域向けにサービスを提供する事業者に課される要件を現時点で満たすことができないためです。当該地域からのアクセスはお断りしております。
1. 本サービスのアカウントはニックネームとパスワードのみで構成される簡易的なものです。
2. パスワードの管理は利用者自身の責任で行うものとし、第三者による不正利用について運営者は責任を負いません。
3. 他の利用者になりすます目的でのニックネーム利用は禁止します。
1. 本サービスは現在β版(テスト公開)です。公開している機能は限られており、予告なく追加・変更・削除されることがあります。
2. 不具合の修正やデータの入れ替えのため、予告なくメンテナンスに入ることがあります。メンテナンス中は本サービスをご利用いただけません。頻度が高くなることがありますのでご了承ください。
3. 対戦で獲得した点数・順位・対戦の記録は、テストの都合により予告なくリセットされることがあります。これらの記録の保存を保証するものではありません。
4. 会員登録された情報(ニックネーム・パスワード・メールアドレス)は、正式公開後も引き続きご利用いただけるよう努めます。ただしテストの都合や不具合により、やむを得ず消去される可能性があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
5. β版では有料の会員プランその他の有償サービスの提供および申し込みの受付は行っておりません。本サービスの利用に料金は一切かかりません。
6. β版は動作の検証を目的としているため、運営者は動作の完全性・安全性・継続性について一切保証しません。
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
1. 他の利用者に対する誹謗中傷、嫌がらせ、脅迫、差別的発言
2. 他の利用者の個人情報の詮索・書き込み・無断公開
3. 性的・暴力的に過度な表現を含む発言
4. なりすまし、虚偽の情報の申告
5. スパム行為、無関係な宣伝・勧誘、外部サービスへの不正な誘導
6. チート行為、不正なデータ送信、脆弱性の悪用、その他本サービスの公正な運営を妨げる行為
7. サーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為(連続接続、自動化ツールの使用等)
8. 法令に違反する行為、その他運営者が不適切と判断する行為
1. 利用者は、他の利用者による本規約違反行為を運営者に通報できます。
2. 対戦部屋の作成者(ホスト)は、その部屋から特定の参加者を退出させることができます。
3. 運営者は、通報内容やログの確認結果に基づき、警告、チャット機能の制限、アカウントの利用停止、接続の制限(IPアドレス単位を含む)等の措置を、事前の通知なく行うことがあります。
4. 前項の措置に対する異議は contact@kakure-lab.com までご連絡ください。
運営者は、不正行為の防止・対応のため、チャット発言内容、IPアドレス、接続日時等の情報を記録します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
1. 運営者は、本サービスの動作の完全性・安全性・継続性を保証しません(β版については第4条もあわせてご確認ください)。
2. 本サービスには不具合(バグ)が含まれている可能性があります。また、通信障害・サーバー障害・メンテナンス・不具合等により、対戦の中断や強制終了、対戦結果・レーティング・スコア・戦績の記録漏れや不整合、保存データ(ステージ・マイ設定・戦車の見た目等)の消失が生じることがあります。あらかじめご了承のうえご利用ください。
3. 運営者は、前項を含む本サービスの利用に関連して利用者に生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負わず、金銭その他による補償も行いません。
4. 運営者は、事前の予告なく本サービスの内容変更・中断・終了を行うことがあります。
本サービスに関するプログラム、画像、テキスト等の著作権その他の権利は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
運営者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は本サービス上に掲示した時点から効力を生じます。
本規約の解釈には日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、横浜地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
These Terms set forth the conditions of use for the online multiplayer game "Wind & Tanks" (the "Service") provided by Kakure Lab (the "Operator"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. The Service has no age restriction and is open to anyone. Minors are encouraged to use the Service with the understanding and guidance of a parent or guardian.
2. The Service is not offered to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom. The Service is operated by a single individual on a small scale and cannot currently meet the requirements that apply to businesses offering services in those regions. Access from those regions is declined.
1. Accounts for the Service are simple, consisting only of a nickname and password.
2. Users are responsible for managing their own passwords; the Operator is not liable for unauthorized use by third parties.
3. Using a nickname to impersonate another user is prohibited.
1. The Service is currently in beta (test release). Only a limited set of features is available, and features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.
2. The Service may enter maintenance without notice in order to apply fixes or replace data. The Service cannot be used during maintenance, and maintenance may occur frequently.
3. Scores, rankings, and match records may be reset without notice for testing purposes. The Operator does not guarantee that these records will be retained.
4. The Operator will endeavour to keep registered account information (nickname, password, e-mail address) usable after the official release. However, it may have to be deleted due to testing requirements or defects.
5. During the beta, no paid membership plan or other paid service is offered or accepted. Use of the Service is entirely free of charge.
6. Because the beta exists to verify behaviour, the Operator provides no warranty whatsoever as to completeness, safety, or continuity.
Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:
1. Defamation, harassment, threats, or discriminatory remarks directed at other users.
2. Prying into, posting, or disclosing other users' personal information without consent.
3. Statements containing excessive sexual or violent content.
4. Impersonation or providing false information.
5. Spam, unrelated advertising or solicitation, or improperly directing users to external services.
6. Cheating, sending fraudulent data, exploiting vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfering with the fair operation of the Service.
7. Placing excessive load on the server (e.g., repeated connections, use of automation tools).
8. Any act that violates applicable law, or any other act the Operator deems inappropriate.
1. Users may report violations of these Terms by other users to the Operator.
2. The creator of a battle room (the "Host") may remove specific participants from that room.
3. Based on reported content or log review, the Operator may take measures — including warnings, chat restrictions, account suspension, or connection restrictions (including by IP address) — without prior notice.
4. Objections to measures under the preceding paragraph should be sent to contact@kakure-lab.com.
To prevent and respond to misconduct, the Operator records information such as chat message content, IP addresses, and connection times. See the Privacy Policy for details.
1. The Operator does not guarantee the completeness, safety, or continuity of the Service (see also Article 4 regarding the beta).
2. The Service may contain bugs. Communication failures, server failures, maintenance, and defects may cause matches to be interrupted or forcibly ended, match results, ratings, scores and statistics to be missed or become inconsistent, and saved data (stages, presets, tank appearance, etc.) to be lost. Please use the Service with this in mind.
3. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the Operator's part, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the above or otherwise related to use of the Service, and provides no monetary or other compensation.
4. The Operator may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice.
Copyright and other rights to the programs, images, text, and other content related to the Service belong to the Operator or its rightful owners.
The Operator may amend these Terms as it deems necessary. Amended Terms take effect once posted on the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance.
