本サービスは、以下の情報を取得・記録します。
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。ただし、名誉毀損等の被害について発信者情報開示請求など法令に基づく正式な手続きがなされた場合は、必要な範囲で情報を開示することがあります。
本サービスは、以下の外部サービスを利用しており、必要な範囲で情報が各事業者へ渡ります。
・メール配信: パスワード再設定メールの送信には、メール配信サービスResend, Inc.を利用しています。送信に必要な範囲で、登録されたメールアドレスが同社のサーバーを経由します。
チャットログ・IPアドレス・通報の記録等のモデレーション用ログは、取得から90日を目安に保存し、期間経過後は順次削除します。ただし、進行中の通報対応や不正調査に必要な場合は、対応完了まで保存を継続することがあります。
アクセス状況の記録(訪問日時・端末の種別・滞在時間・遷移元のサイト)は、利用状況の把握のため約180日保存します。これに含まれるIPアドレスは、上記と同じく90日を目安に削除します。
対戦の記録は、期間ではなく件数を上限として保存します。アカウントごとに、1試合ごとの記録は直近100試合、1発ごとの記録は直近500発、レーティングの推移は直近100点を目安とし、上限を超えた分は古いものから順次削除します。対戦中の行動の記録はサーバー全体で直近300試合、直近の対戦結果の一覧は直近1000試合を目安に保存します。これらの記録にIPアドレスは含まれません。
不具合報告は、直近300件を目安に保存します。
本サービスは、ニックネームやゲームの設定など、次回以降も同じ状態でご利用いただくための情報を、お使いのブラウザ内に保存します(ローカルストレージ)。これらはご本人の端末に保存されるもので、運営者へ送信されることはありません。
また、運営者自身のアクセスをアクセス状況の集計から除外する目的で、Cookieを1つ利用します。広告・行動追跡を目的としたCookieは利用していません。
パスワードはハッシュ化して保存する等、取得した情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損の防止に努めます。
利用者は、自身に関する情報の開示・削除を運営者に請求できます。contact@kakure-lab.com までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応します。
未成年の方がご利用される場合も、取得する情報の範囲は上記と同様です。保護者の方からの開示・削除請求にも対応します。
運営者は、必要と判断した場合、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは本サービス上に掲示した時点から効力を生じます。変更した場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めます。

The Service collects and records the following information:
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
Except as required by law, the Operator will not disclose collected information to third parties without the user's consent. However, information may be disclosed to the extent necessary where formal legal procedures — such as a request for disclosure of sender information in cases of defamation — are followed.
The Service uses the following external services, through which information is shared with the respective providers to the extent necessary:
- Email delivery: Password reset emails are sent using the email delivery service Resend, Inc. To the extent necessary for sending, the registered email address passes through Resend's servers.
Moderation logs such as chat logs, IP addresses and reports are retained for approximately 90 days from collection and deleted thereafter. However, retention may continue beyond this period where necessary for an ongoing report investigation.
Usage records (visit date and time, device type, time spent, and the site you came from) are retained for approximately 180 days to help us understand how the Service is used. IP addresses included in these records are deleted after approximately 90 days, as above.
Match records are limited by count rather than by period. Per account, we keep approximately the most recent 100 matches of per-match records, 500 shots of per-shot records, and 100 rating data points; anything beyond these limits is deleted oldest-first. Across the whole server, we keep approximately the most recent 300 matches of in-match action records and the most recent 1,000 match results. These records contain no IP addresses.
Problem reports are retained for approximately the most recent 300 submissions.
The Service stores information such as your nickname and game settings in your browser (local storage) so that your setup is retained for future visits. This data stays on your own device and is not transmitted to the Operator.
The Service also uses a single cookie for the purpose of excluding the Operator's own visits from usage statistics. No cookies are used for advertising or behavioral tracking.
The Operator takes measures such as hashing passwords to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of collected information.
Users may request disclosure or deletion of their own information from the Operator. Please contact contact@kakure-lab.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
The scope of information collected is the same when the Service is used by a minor. We also accept disclosure/deletion requests from a parent or guardian.
The Operator may change this Policy where it deems necessary. The amended Policy takes effect once posted on the Service. When we make a change, we update the "Last updated" date on this page.
